Return, Refunds & Exchange

Return Policy:

You can return any full price items to us in perfect condition, unused, unwashed within 14 days after you’ve received your product.
Returns for sale items are not allowed.
Please note if there is anything wrong with the product you need to file the claim within 7 days of the item being delivered to you.

The product can be returned if:

  • In original state and undamaged
  • Unwashed, unused or unworn
  • Within 14 days been send to our return address after you’ve received your product

The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is with us.
Goods are returned to chouhype® at your own expense. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send it insured. Always retain proof of postage.

If the above criteria are not met, we have the rights to reject your exchange. 

Refund policy:

We maintain a strict no refund policy.
Refunds are not allowed unless there is an item defect.
If there is a claim for a defect, the claim must be made within 5 days of delivery.
Any claims made outside of this time frame will not be accepted, with no exception.
To file the claim please contact us here and mention your order number, including an explanation of the issue.

Exchange for another size:

If you would like to exchange your product for another size, you have to return your product first ( see return policy for conditions ). Once we received your item in good condition, we will refund your total amount in store credit as quickly as possible to the account used to purchase the order. Once everything is done you have to place a new order on the website with your new size.

Please fill in the form within 14 days of delivery and we would be happy to start the exchange. However, shipment cost is at the customers’ own cost.

Faulty or damaged product received:

If you have received a damaged of faulty product, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your product, otherwise we cannot help you.
Contact us as soon as possible here with the explanation of the problem.
We will take care of the rest and it has no further costs for you.
